Midnighter notices a puppy stuck up in a tree. A white puppy with golden eyes. He's only a little bit a bastard to Inu-yasha, who is the cutest thing ever.

After his transformation, Sharon carries Clint to Philip...only to find that he's been turned into a cat. She decides then to take the two of them to find Steve.

( This not talking thing was so damn annoying, Philip peered down under the sofa, mrowing more insistently. )

Felix finds Caius during story time, and they find a way to communicate to compare experiences. As a hedgehog, Felix is significantly more cuddly than as a person.
