After having spent more time out than in following his graduation from Xavier's and basically overstaying his welcome in the room for the summer, Nathan's finally moving out into the city with his brother for well and good. It's perhaps a surprisingly quiet exit for such a loud boy - but he does run into his closest friend along the way for a rather heartfelt farewell.
For Nathan's birthday - which just so happens to fall on St. Patrick's Day weekend - Nathan and his brother have a mind to celebrate in stereotypical teenage-Irish-American fashion: with an absurd amount of drinking. Barry Simon B., Alisha, Eileen, Noriko, and Curtis drop in here and there to wish him Many Happy Returns. Or just to see if all of Nathan's family is as messed up as he is.
The usual warnings for Nathan generally always being offensive in language and content.
Simon goes to talk to Tessa about the monitoring and blackmailing Jensen told him about. He comes away with a job offer? Or something? He isn't rightly sure.
