It had been a long day, but a good one, with workout and classes followed by shopping. He was still grinning as he headed up to his room, thinking about what Pietro had said, and he was glad that they'd gone out together. It was nice spending time together, just the two of them, but that didn't mean he wasn't missing his boyfriend by the end of it. After toeing off his shoes and socks, he texted him, then busied himself with taking off the tags and storing the spare buttons as he waited.
Seconds after his last text had been sent, Kurt appeared by the door in a swirl of smoke. Stepping out of it, he grinned big at his boyfriend and came over to drop a smiling kiss on his mouth. “Guten Tag, Blaine,” he warmly greeted him. “Have a nice time shopping? I cannot wait to see what you got.” He went over to Blaine’s bed, depositing himself on the edge of it so that he could watch him try on his new clothes.
"Hi," he said, grinning as he watched him sit, then went back to his tags, tearing off the last one before sweeping them into his wastebasket. "Yeah, I did. It was a lot of fun. I got four shirts and two pairs of jeans, plus just some undershirts and stuff, so that should be enough to replace some of what I outgrew." He grabbed his pants and the button up shirt, grinning as he turned away from his boyfriend. "Just a second." Once inside, he quickly changed into into the new pants and shirt, tucking it in before heading back out. "Okay, so here's one pair of the pants and one of the shirts," he said, turning on his heel, then back again. The the pants were tight with a dark wash, the shirt a short sleeve button-up with green gingham. "I thought the shirt would be nice for spring, and it'd also look nice with a cardigan over it on cool days."
Kurt smiled as he watched Blaine turn and display the outfit, eyes moving over him as he took him in. He looked amazing, but then that was no surprise. The shirt brought out the color of his eyes, complimented his arms, and the pants hugged the curves of his butt and legs. “It looks great!” he told him and reached over to tug on a sleeve, then smiled at him. “You look really good in green. And I like the dark jeans.”
"Thanks," Blaine said, beaming at him. "I really like them too." He leaned in to drop a kiss on Kurt's lips before heading back to the bathroom, undressing again. He showed his other outfits, each time feeling warm and happy from the compliments given, chatting with him through the bathroom door as he changed. For the last shirt, a simple red tee shirt, he pulled back on the pants he was already wearing before heading back. "Okay, last one," he said, rubbing at the back of his neck as he walked out and over to the bed.
Kurt grinned at his boyfriend as he came out wearing the new t-shirt, “Another great one.” Blaine always looked so good, whether he was dressing up in his button-downs and a tie or wearing something more casual like a t-shirt. Not that anyone’s opinion but Blaine’s was the most important one, but he really loved the way Blaine dressed. “You found some good stuff today,” he added. “I am sorry I could not be there.”
"That's okay," Blaine said as he collected his clothes from the bathroom, setting them away in the clothes hamper in his closet. "It was nice hanging out with Pietro.” Once he was finished with what he was doing, he pulled a soft tee shirt out of his closet, one he could wear to bed. "How's your mom?" he asked as he started to head to the bathroom, but he hesitated, glancing between Kurt and the room until he finally just pulled the tee over his head, trying not to blush as he tossed it into his hamper.
Kurt had never seen Blaine without a shirt on before. Hands had gone under shirts when they were making out, but he had never... He stared a moment, eyes dragging up over him, and then forced his gaze up, onto his face, his cheeks hot. “Um, she is--she is good,” he answered, a little belatedly. “So are Jimaine and Stefan. The troupe has left Winzeldorf and they are on the road now.” It had been bittersweet hearing from them. It had been great to talk with them, but it came with the knowledge that it would be harder to get in touch with them now that the season had started.
"Yeah?" Blaine asked, head tilting with interest and not making any sort of move like he planned to put back on his shirt. He had noticed the look Kurt had gave him, making him grin and reluctant to change back just yet. "If you ever need to use my computer to Skype when they're at a stop, just let me know. I can even leave it with you if it's sometime at night." He moved so that he was standing in front of Kurt, leaning in to give him a soft kiss, his hand on his neck. "I missed you today," he said, pulled back just enough so his lips still brushed at Kurt's a little when he spoke, and he smiled into it when he kissed him again.
Smiling into the kiss, Kurt put his hands on Blaine’s sides, sliding them around, lacing them at the small of his back, to draw him in closer. “I missed you too,” he quietly said when it broke and then caught his mouth in another kiss. It was soft and slow, drawn out like he didn’t want it to end and was trying to make it last as long as he could. His hands slid down to Blaine’s thighs and he lifted, pulling him up so that he straddled his lap.
Oh. Blaine hadn't expected that. He went easily with it though, his stomach fluttering even as he was settling on Kurt's lap, bare heels digging into the back of his thighs, toes hanging off the edge of his bed. His heart was beating hard and fast in his chest, because there was something different about this time, starting from his own shirtlessness and going all the way through to the way they were kissing, slow, almost lazy, but with an edge of something he wasn't sure what it was, but wanted more of. He let his arms drape over Kurt's shoulder, one sliding into his hair while the other traced circular patterns into the hair at the back of his neck, and let himself lean against him even more.
Kurt hummed quietly at the little touches, arms tightening, drawing Blaine in more. Slowly, his hands moved to Blaine’s sides, then to his stomach, sliding up just a little before going back around to his back. His heart was racing, pounding so hard he was sure the other boy would be able to feel it, and his stomach was this knot of nervousness and excitement though he wasn’t sure why. Maybe, Gott, maybe it was because even through the layer of his shirt he swore he could feel the warmth of Blaine’s skin, or maybe it was because of the slow, almost intent way they were kissing and how he could feel it right down to his bones.
Blaine stilled, sucking in a slow breath at the feel of Kurt's hands sliding over his skin and the goosebumps that followed. With the exhale came a soft moan, and barely parted lips caught his lower one, shifting his weight to his knees to press himself more into the kiss. The hand on his neck went down, fingers catching his shirt and slowly, a little hesitantly, tugged it up a few inches, breath catching at the feel of soft fur against his stomach.
The press of their bare stomachs together sent heat racing up Kurt’s skin. He groaned quietly, arms sliding up the length of Blaine’s back, trying to hold him closer. Gott, he was so warm, so soft... Heart hammering, his tongue curled out, caught on Blaine’s upper lip, and his own parted to find his mouth in a deeper kiss. Hands fit over the curve of a shoulder, against the back of his neck. He wanted more fur against skin, but he couldn’t bring himself to let him go.
It surprised Blaine just how little time it took him to decide to pull off Kurt's shirt, pulling away to clumsily tug it over his head and laughing a little when it caught on Kurt's chin. "Sorry," he said with a small grin when he got it off, and he smoothed his hair before dropping it unceremoniously on the floor and diving back in. In his eagerness, their mouths misaligned and their teeth clacked together, but it wasn't enough to distract him, he just quickly readjusted, sighing softly as he opened his mouth for him again. Heat was pulling in his stomach, and tugged at him in a way it hadn't before, making him feel like he needed this, needed him, to be as close as he could. Arms wrapped around him and he shifted, trying to find a way to make uncomfortably tight pants comfortable again, when hips fit together in a way that made him catch his breath and go still except for the fingers that dug into his shoulders.
The press of their hips had Kurt going still too. He leaned back a little to look at his boyfriend, eyes dark and wide. His gaze flicked down just briefly, to where their hips met, and then up again, nervously wetting his lips. “Do you…want to stop?” he asked, voice rough, accent thicker. It hadn’t been his intention for things to go this way when he’d pulled Blaine up onto his lap. He had just wanted to kiss him so badly, just wanted to be close to him. Here they were now though and he realized he wanted this, wanted more with him. He’d thought about things, thought about sex, with Blaine before, but those had been fantasies and this was so much different than that.
"Not really," Blaine admitted with a huff of laughter, and he leaned in and pressed his lips to his in a hard, closed kiss, hands cupping his face. Everything about Kurt, looking at him so openly and nervous, the way his voice was deeper, his accent more noticeable told him how much he wanted this, made him want it too. But... He sighed as he pulled away and rested his forehead to his. "We should probably talk about this, though." His voice was tinged with a little bit of regret, because while he knew it was the right thing to do, he really wanted nothing more than to keep going. "Sorry."
“Do not apologize,” Kurt said. “You are right. We should talk.” As much as he wanted to keep going, as badly as he wanted to keep kissing Blaine, kissing all over Blaine, until he made more sounds like the ones he had earlier, they needed to talk. This was new for them and it would be good to know what they were both comfortable with, what they both wanted. He didn’t want to rush into things and risk doing something that Blaine wasn’t alright with.
Kurt closed his eyes, taking a moment to gather himself. He quietly exhaled and then lifted his head to look at his boyfriend, hands shifting to rest on his sides. “We should probably put our shirts on,” he noted, though there was mostly humor in his voice. “You are very distracting like this.”
"Good idea," Blaine agreed, laughing a little as he pulled off Kurt's lap, and quickly turned on his heel so he couldn't get a good look at the front of his pants. Moving into the bathroom, he closed the door behind him and pulled his shirt on before splashing his face with cold water, trying to cool off. He didn't take long, but didn't exactly rush either, figuring Kurt could probably use the break too. Once he left, he perched on the side of his bed, hooking one of Kurt's finger with one of his own. "So..." he started, ducking his head with a chuckle, not sure where to begin.
“That happened,” Kurt supplied with a bit of a chuckle. The space had helped, he felt calmer, less wound-up, so he could move closer to him again. He drew a leg up onto the bed, turning so he faced Blaine better, and laced their fingers. “Um.” His eyes dropped down to their hands. “Are you,” he paused, brow knitting as he searched for words, tried to figure out where to begin, and then looked to Blaine, “are you okay with what was happening? I want...” a flush rose to his cheeks but he held Blaine’s gaze, “I want more with you, Blaine. But I do not want to do anything you are not comfortable with.”
Blaine smiled, bringing his legs in lotus style and covering their hands with his other one. "I was comfortable with what happened," he said, blushing brightly as well, and careful to choose his words specifically. While he was fine with that, he knew he wouldn't with be with everything. "I'm not one of those people that feels like you have to wait until marriage or anything." He had at one point in his life, but as time went on, it made less and less sense to him. "For me personally, all I want is everything I do to be with someone I care about, and who cares about me, and I know that's you."
He ducked his head for a moment, using one of his hands to tug at his curls as he glanced back up at him. "I think I'd feel most comfortable, though, if we just went ahead and say what we both think we're comfortable with? Not that we can't change our minds later, but I know I feel more comfortable having, I don't know. Guidelines. I wouldn't want one of us to agree to something in the moment and then maybe regret it later." It was hard to imagine regretting anything with Kurt, but he also wanted to keep it that way.
Kurt nodded, “Me too.” His other hand came to rest half-over Blaine’s, hooking a few of his fingers, and he smiled at him. “I care about you. There is no one else I would rather be talking about this with, but I also do not want to rush. I want to do things when we are both ready for them.”
Another blush rose on Kurt’s cheeks and he briefly glanced down at their hands as he again tried to find the right words. He knew he wanted to start--there was, it seemed to him, less pressure in going second and he wanted that for Blaine--but he didn’t know how to. He absently ran a hand through his hair, his expression shy and nervous, but earnest too and holding his boyfriend’s gaze. “I have never done anything before,” he finally decided on, even though he was sure Blaine already knew as much. “So, I do not... Um, I am not ready for everything yet. Right now, I am comfortable with anything that is not anal. Um, what is the word, hand jobs? And, um blow jobs?... That sort of thing.”
Blaine glanced down at his lap, wetting his lips and letting out a small, slightly embarrassed laugh. "Um, yeah, those are the right words," he said, making himself look up. He was flustered at the thought of Kurt wanting to do those things with him, but he didn't want to give Kurt the impression he was uncomfortable with their conversation. "That's where I'm at too, actually. Hand jobs and blow jobs I want, but I'm not ready for anything else yet." Blaine wasn't sure if his face could get any more flushed, but he just smiled and brought their hands up to kiss Kurt's hand. "I haven't done anything before either, but... Have you read anything about it before? Like, online, or I think the infirmary has some pamphlets."
Kurt smiled at the kiss and ran his thumb down Blaine’s chin, cupping it briefly before dropping his hand to rest on their clasped ones again. “I have,” he answered, nodding a little. It was nice of Blaine to check and make sure that they were both educated enough to know what they were getting into. “My mother was fairly open with us and I have done some reading on my own.” He bite back a And watching too. “Have you? I know they teach about it in most schools here.”
"They sort of do," Blaine said, running his hand through his hair. "We had what is called 'abstinence only' sex ed? Definitely nothing aimed towards queer people, but I've done a lot of research on my own." He laughed a little, ducking his head because, really, did he have to add in the 'lot'? He smiled and cleared his throat, playing with Kurt's hand as he looked back up at him. "But the reason I ask is because I was going to ask you what your thoughts are on condoms, at least for what we're ready for right now. Because I don't personally really feel like it's necessary? But obviously, if you feel like you at all want to use them, at any point, we'll use them."
Kurt considered the question, his eyes on their hands as he worried his bottom lip. It had ever really occurred to him that was an option, so he hadn’t thought about it seriously before. After a moment, he nodded and looked up to reply, “I do not think it is either.” Neither of them had had sex before, they’d both be careful, and he knew he could trust Blaine. He felt comfortable not using condoms for the things they’d talked about and he wouldn’t pretend that the thought didn’t make this hot feeling tug at his stomach. “I am alright with not them for now. You will tell me if you ever change your mind though, ja?”
"Okay," Blaine agreed, swallowing hard as he resolutely tried not to think about any of this right now. "And yeah, I will." He smiled as he started playing with his fingers, and chewed at his lip as he tried to figure out if there was anything else that needed saying. "I think that's everything I can think of," he said with a shy smile, bringing the hand up to kiss at his fingertips. "Is there anything else you wanted to say or ask about?"
Kurt watched the gesture with a soft, fond smile, eyes only lifting when Blaine spoke to him again. His fingers tangled with Blaine’s and he pulled him in to kiss him soft on the mouth. “Only that it is criminal how hot you are.” He lifted an eyebrow questioningly, the corners of his mouth tugging up, “Does that count?”
Blaine grinned up at him as he ducked his head, looking at him through his eyelashes. "It's not exactly what I meant," he teased, leaning in to kiss him again. "But thank you."
After kissing him a second time, he reluctantly pulled back and glanced at the clock, sighing a little. "Well, I think Bobby might be back at some point soon," he said, giving Kurt a small frown. "But we can still kiss some more before he gets back." They probably wouldn't have time for anything else, and Blaine didn't want to have to try and rush.
Smiling, Kurt tugged on Blaine’s hand again to pull him closer and leaned in, “Kissing more sounds great.” He tilted his head, pressing his still smiling mouth to Blaine’s in a soft kiss.
"Awesome," Blaine said against his lips, closing his eyes as he smoothed his hand down the side of his face. He pulled Kurt over him again, smiling against the kiss before pulling his lip in his mouth and letting him get lost in it for the time they had left.
